The owner of the webshop logokujundus.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Webshop) is Skald OÜ (registration code 16335659).
Validity of the sales contract, service and price information
The terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of services from the Online Shop.
The prices of the services sold in the online shop are indicated with the services. All prices of goods sold in the online shop are in euro.
Information about the service is provided on the Online Shop directly next to the service.
Service provision
We provide services to customers worldwide.
The results of the ordered creative services will be sent to the client by e-mail within 2-7 working days from the date of the sales contract.
In certain cases, the time limit for providing the service may be extended:
- Due to the very high number of orders
- Due to widespread electricity and/or communication service interruptions
- Due to company holidays
- For other unforeseen reasons beyond the control of the company.
In case of a delay in the provision of the service and if the work has not yet started, the customer has the right to cancel the subscription and to receive a refund.
In the event of a delay in the provision of the service of more than 30 days (including where work has already begun), the customer also has the right to cancel the subscription and obtain a refund. This clause does not apply if the order is delayed due to the customer, for example. delaying feedback and non-contact.
Right of withdrawal and guarantee
Right of withdrawal
According to the conditions listed in § 53(4) of the Law of Obligations Act, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the services offered in the Online Shop if the trader has fully performed its obligations under the contract and the consumer pays the trader a fee, only if the provision of the service or other performance has begun with the express prior consent of the consumer and on the basis of the consumer’s confirmation that he is aware of the loss of his right of withdrawal by the trader in the event of full performance of the contract.
Guarantee
In accordance with European Union law, digital content and services are also covered by a 2-year guarantee if the digital content or service proves to be defective or does not correspond to what is advertised. Cases covered by the guarantee:
- Files sent initially are broken or in the wrong format.
- Files have the wrong colour profile
- Text in vector graphics displays wrong font type
- The logo is suspected to be plagiarised
We handle each claim on a case-by-case basis and make corrections to the best of our judgement and ability. In cases of suspected plagiarism, the onus is on the accuser to prove intentional plagiarism.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The online shop will use the personal data provided by the buyer only to process the order.
The online shop sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed his/her wish to receive them by entering his/her e-mail address on the website and has indicated his/her wish to receive direct mail notifications.
The purchaser may opt-out of receiving offers and newsletters by email at any time by notifying us by email or by following the instructions in the email containing the offers.
Dispute resolution

If the buyer and the Online Shop are unable to resolve the dispute through an agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. You can read the terms of the procedure and apply here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to settle disputes arising from a contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Shop. There is no charge for the Commission to examine the buyer’s complaint.
The buyer can turn to the European Union’s consumer dispute resolution platform.
